An Apple a Day

We have heard for years that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. The saying is true. But I believe that nowadays, there needs to be more to it than that. The apple needs to be chemical free - organic, being the cleanest option in existence today. When our grandparents were children, there was no need for organic produce because the soil was nutrient rich!

In addition, the apple needs to be of different varieties. Very few of us have strong digestive systems these days and when we eat the same food over and over, we are taxing the particular digestive enzymes needed to digest that particular food.

Different varieties of organic apples provide minerals, vitamins and fibre necessary for heath! An organic apple a day, of different varieties, keeps the doctor away.
