Autism and Nutrition for the mind

The most significant contributing factor in autism is undesirable foods and chemicals that often reach the brain via the bloodstream because of faulty digestion and absorption. Much of the impetus for recognizing the importance of dietary intervention has come from parents who have noticed vast improvements from their children when changing their diets. Culprit foods might include: Gluten, Dairy/Casein, Citrus Fruits, Chocolate, Artificial food colorings as well as others.
