Is your child reacting adversely to food?

The majority of children today are reacting adversely to food. Over 200 symptoms, conditions and disease can be triggered or worsened by food. Examples of symptoms that can be caused by food are fatigue (the #1 reaction), rashes including diaper rashes, colic, spitting up, reflux, diarrhea, constipation, frequent colds or infections, poor sleeping, fussiness, behavioural challenges, and many more. Unfortunately, the majority of people view these symptoms as normal because they are so commonly seen but they are not! If these symptoms are not addressed, more symptoms appear and eventually the symptoms become conditions and conditions turn into disease. I am not here to scare you. I am here to tell you that it is up to us as parents to start recognizing symptoms and discover the root cause (it's easier than you think!) because the body will keep communicating with us whether we like it or not! I'd like to hear from you as to the symptom/s your child is experiencing......

My first post

Hello everyone! My ten-year old daughter, Taylor, saved her money for 3 years so that she could buy herself a used laptop. After doing her own research as to how to create a blog, now.... here I am. I couldn't be any prouder. Thank you Taylor!

It is my intention to use this blog to help parents and caregivers understand children's nutrition better and, of course, help put an end to this epidemic of children reacting adversely to food.
