I just asked Taylor if she knew how to add a hit counter to my blog because if I knew others were actually reading my blog, it would encourage me to write more often. She said that she had an idea as to how to do it and promptly left the room. About 2 minutes later, she called me into the office and said, "What do you think of this?" Hadn't she found an apple counter? Unbelievable! The grasp children of today have on technology continually amazes me.
Are any of you interested in reading excerpts from my book? That will be the subject of my next blog. Until then, remember to take time out each day, in these weeks leading up to Christmas, to do something you enjoy, and only you. It's the season for giving but don't forget to give to yourself. Because if you give to yourself, you will have far more to give to others.

- I am a registered pediatric nutritionist with a BA from the University of Western Ontario. I started my business in 2002 to help other parents whose children were reacting adversely to food. I meet with parents individually, perform seminars regularly and teach pediatric nutrition at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I recently published a book titled "The Resourceful Mother's Secrets to Healthy Kids." My main objective is to help parents detect, manage and eliminate food sensitivities and allergies.
